The Fortieth monthly Meeting of our Association was held on 9th December, 2025 in premises of Senior Citizen Association Meeting Hall at 5.00 PM.

1. Welcome Address:
The General Secretary, Sri V. Narasimha Rao Garu, extended a warm and cordial welcome to all members who attended the 40th General Meeting of the Association.
2. Invitation to the Dias:
The General Secretary respectfully invited all Executive Committee Members to take their seats on the dais.
3. Birthday Greetings – December:
Members celebrating their birthdays in the month of December were felicitated with a shawl and extended warm birthday wishes.

• Sri B. Annapurna Rao – 26/12/1961 – 64th Birthday.
• Sri B. Ravi Kumar – 31/12/1961 – 64th Birthday.
Members not present but conveyed birthday wishes:
• Sri P. Bhaskar Garu – 16/12/1962 – 63rd Birthday.
• Sri S. Prakash Reddy Garu – 17/12/1953 – 72nd Birthday
• Sri G. V. Prasad Garu – 19/12/1962 – 63rd Birthday.
• Sri C. H. Panchaksharayya Garu – 26/12/1946 – 75th Birthday.
• Sri V. Krishnam Raju Garu – 26/12/1946 – 79th Birthday.
• Sri Kameshwar Garu – 22/12/1962 – 63rd Birthday.
4. 3rd Series – 8th Chit Lucky Draw:
The 8th chit lucky draw of the 3rd series was jointly conducted by Sri G. Venkateswara Rao Garu and Sri Pandurangaiah Garu.
The lucky draw winner was Sri K. Pandurangaiah Garu.
5. Health Care Initiative – MOU with Citizen Hospitals:
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed with Citizen Hospitals on 25 November 2025 to promote senior citizen healthcare.
The signed MOU copy of Citizen Hospitals is given below.
Key Points of the MOU:
• Individuals aged 60 years and above are eligible for free membership.
• The Association-issued ID card may be used as age proof.
• Membership becomes effective immediately.
Benefits:
i. Outpatient Services
• 20% discount on OP consultations
(Excluding Dental, Ophthalmology, and Dermatology departments)
ii. Diagnostics & Health Packages
• 15% discount on diagnostic tests
• 15% discount on radiology packages
iii. Inpatient Services
• 5% discount on total cash bills
(Excluding pharmacy, consumables, stents, etc.)
• 5% discount on Non-Medical Expenditure (NME),
up to a maximum of ₹5,000, for insurance-based patients.
iv. Ambulance Services
• Free 24×7 ambulance services within 10 kilometers.
6. Financial Statement – Karthika Vanabhojanam:
The financial report related to the Karthika Vanabhojanaalu held on 13 November 2025 was presented by Sri Venu Mohana Rao Garu .
Financial Summary:
• Number of participants: 57
• Amount collected: 57 × ₹400 = ₹22,800
• Total expenditure: ₹24,000
• Deficit: ₹1,200
This deficit amount was met from the Association’s account.
7. President’s Message:
1. The President expressed sincere gratitude to all members who contributed to the grand success of:
• Karthika Vanabhojanaalu – 13 November 2025
• Mega Health Camp – 23 November 2025
• Citizen’s Sweet Circle Program – 29 November 2025
2. Members were requested to pay the Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for the year 2026 on or before 31 December 2025.
3. To avail Star Hospital benefits, members must register using their Aadhaar Card.
4. To avail Citizen Hospital benefits, members must obtain the Association-issued ID Card.
5. The cost of the ID card shall be borne by the members.
8. Vote of Thanks:
The meeting concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Sri V. Narasimha Rao Garu.
